This is your time to shine! Salesforce is now hiring top graduates for our Solution Engineering Scout Program. Develop your technology and consulting skills and build your career with Salesforce!
#Futureforce is Salesforce's global university recruiting program dedicated to attracting, retaining and cultivating next-generation talent.
The Scout program is uniquely designed for university graduates. It will give you exposure to a myriad of solutions that create business value. You will have many opportunities to impact and learn from colleagues all over the US while having fun and developing your career.
The Solution Engineering team is a group of professionals that have one foot in the technology camp, and one in the commercial side of the business. They are experts in Salesforce's applications, platform, and technology, but they explain it in terms of the business impact and value it delivers. Solution Engineers work primarily with the account teams to give their customers the confidence to move forward with their projects using Salesforce as their preferred technology. Key to this is unearthing and understanding the customer's business imperatives. This is done through workshops, research, investigation, and spending time with key stakeholders. Solution Engineers then map Salesforce's technology to these imperatives and prove how Salesforce uniquely addresses the customer's requirements. This proof can be as simple as a one-off meeting or involve a complex account strategy involving large teams.
What will you be doing?
Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform, and world's #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way. The company was founded on three disruptive ideas: a new technology model in cloud computing, a pay-as-you-go business model, and a new integrated corporate philanthropy model. These founding principles have taken our company to great heights, including being named one of Forbes's "World's Most Innovative Company" five years in a row and one of Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work For" eight years in a row. We are the fastest growing of the top 10 enterprise software companies, and this level of growth equals incredible opportunities to grow a career at Salesforce. Together, with our whole Ohana (Hawaiian for "family") made up of our employees, customers, partners, and communities, we are working to improve the state of the world.
Over the last 10 years, Salesforce.org has become a vital part of Salesforce's culture. The vision of the Salesforce.org is to use Salesforce people, technology and relationships to improve our communities. Using a unique 1/1/1 model - 1% time, 1% product and 1% equity - we contribute the core strengths of salesforce to our communities. The nonprofits in our communities inspire us. Our employees inspire us. By giving employees six paid days per year to volunteer, salesforce encourages you to contribute to nonprofits you are passionate about and help those organizations grow and prosper. Our volunteers read to children, mentor youth, feed the homeless, build playgrounds and clean up beaches, help nonprofits implement Salesforce-and much, much more.
