Scout Program
The Scout program is uniquely designed for university graduates. It will give you exposure to a myriad of solutions that create business value. You will have many opportunities to impact and learn from colleagues all over the US while having fun and developing your career.

Solution Engineering
The Solution Engineering team is a group of professionals that have one foot in the technology camp, and one in the commercial side of the business. They are experts in Salesforce's applications, platform, and technology, but they explain it in terms of the business impact and value it delivers. Solution Engineers work primarily with the account teams to give their customers the confidence to move forward with their projects using Salesforce as their preferred technology. Key to this is unearthing and understanding the customer's business imperatives. This is done through workshops, research, investigation, and spending time with key stakeholders. Solution Engineers then map Salesforce's technology to these imperatives and prove how Salesforce uniquely addresses the customer's requirements. This proof can be as simple as a one-off meeting or involve a complex account strategy involving large teams.

  • You will work alongside senior specialists and executives across the organization
  • You will acquire official industry standard Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • You will build up your business consulting skills and work on real-life customer and internal projects
  • You will work on cross-functional business projects with others across multiple locations
  • You will learn to solve business problems and add business value
  • You will build and configure Salesforce solutions for customers
  • You will have numerous opportunities to learn from key executives
  • You will develop value-propositions that resonate with C-Level Executives
  • You will develop an understanding of Salesforce, our positioning as a market leader in the industry

Who are we looking for?
  • You will be or are a recent graduate (within 1 year of graduation) in Business Studies, Management, Computing, Informatics or equivalent - or you've completed a degree with a combination of business and technical subjects.
  • You ideally bring work experience in a Business environment through Internships or University Projects
  • You are ambitious, curious, proactive and flexible
  • You are a strong communicator and team player
  • You have exceptional organizational, prioritization and planning skills
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to use own initiative
  • Flexibility to travel
  • You are a driven person interested in being a part of a fast-paced tech environment
  • Available June 2018 for a full-time role
