The candidate will be a Senior Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business Transformation within the mortgage/consumer lending industry.

Mortgage/Consumer lenders are investing heavily in upgrades to their origination capabilities to enhance straight-through processing, client and employee experience, and reduce cost of ownership. Accenture is growing our practice to help these lenders navigate their transformational journeys.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop world-class business and technology solutions for Mortgage/Consumer credit institutions.
  • Conduct operating model assessments (people, process, org) and client needs assessments.
  • Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged mortgage/consumer POS and LOS platforms (e.g., Mortgage Cadence, Encompass, etc.)
  • Participate in process design, requirements gathering, and functional design as part of credit systems implementation engagements.
  • Participate in the development of best-in-class, re-useable Mortgage/Consumer lending assets.
  • Support in business development to originate new client opportunities.

Skills include:

  • Industry experience within the mortgage/consumer lending segments.
  • Demonstrated business expertise across the end-to-end Mortgage/Consumer credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management.
  • Successful track record of project delivery (e.g., operating model design, business analysis / process design, business testing/UAT, and/or system functional design)
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with clients.
  • Experience with POS/LOS preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday).

It is our intention for our people to live where they work and work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there may be times when you will need to travel.

  • 7+ years relevant project delivery experience in a management or technology consulting professional services firm, and/or 4+ years of equivalent in the banking industry, including managing teams, producing project deliverables, managing projects within timelines and budgets, and interfacing with client staff.
  • 5+ years’ experience working on lending project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
