Title:

Director, Critical Infrastructure Protection

KBR is currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to lead its Critical Infrastructure Protection Operations Unit (OU) located in Charleston, SC. This pivotal management position is responsible for supporting Electronic Security, Force Protection, and Critical Infrastructure Installation and Sustainment services and solutions for the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies' current and future critical infrastructure protection requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop competitive proposal solutions that support the company's electronic security and critical infrastructure protection strategy, current or emerging architectures, and technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with senior Business Unit leadership within Operations and Business Development to connect offerings to customers to company services and solutions offerings.
  • Manage the annual P&L for the Operating Unit, as well as day-to-day tasks for awarded contracts and task orders.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience and Education:

  • Technical degree and 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years of P&L experience.
  • Electronic Security systems training certifications required.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and deployment of electronic security solutions for government clients. 
  • The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, ensuring the continued growth and success of KBR's Critical Infrastructure Operations Operating Unit.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading an enterprise-level P&L business unit.
  • Technical understanding of the technologies associated with electronic security devices, access control, video surveillance, industrial control protection and emerging capabilities within this domain.
  • Expertise in DoD and Federal Agency electronic security and critical infrastructure protection activities and their associated technology roadmaps.

Proposal Support Experience:

  • Previous experience in supporting proposal development for electronic security services and solutions for DoD or Federal Agencies.

Cybersecurity Experience:

  • Experience in cyber-related services and solutions as it relates to deployment of critical infrastructure protection for government clients. 

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret clearance is required.
