Job Description:
- To issue employee cards office-ground
- To prepare office access cards for new office staff
- To distribute uniforms for office staff who pass probation
- To pack and distribute uniforms for both new ground staff and existing ground staff
- To check and accept the office asset returns
- To coordinate and take care of participants who join End to End Tour
- To provide stationery for office staff
- To submit the claim insurance document
- To coordinate social security
- To conduct and orientate new office staff and ground staff
Requirements:
- Have experience working with social security work
- Proficiency to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and google sheets
- Bachelor's degree in HR or other related fields
- Basic command of English both written and spoken
- Service mentality
