To achieve this, we are seeking a Senior EIS Developer to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement enterprise information systems and applications
  • Integrate new software and technologies into existing systems to enhance functionality and performance
  • Develop data models, database schemas, and data flow diagrams for efficient data management and retrieval
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
  • Planning and monitoring of project deliverables
  • Ensure regular status reporting to appropriate Manager and onsite coordinators
  • Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed

To qualify for the role, you should have

  • BSc in Computer Science or related degree
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following EIS modules - Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / Customer Core / DXP Capabilities
  • Expert in core technical skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot Microservices, Web Service (Rest & SOAP), Apache Camel - CXF, Kafka
  • Ability to design and provide solutions for external integrations
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology
  • Strong understanding of the Insurance domain
  • Real time knowledge and understanding on enterprise system integration
  • Experienced in source control systems such as Git

Ideally you should also have

  • Experience in client facing roles
  • Worked with OpenL Tables
  • Worked with EIS batch jobs
  • Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home LoB implementation using EIS
