Bumble is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join the global P&C team. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, you will support the administration and management of Bumble’s Total Rewards programs.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders across TW on responsibilities including conducting data analysis, auditing and testing Workday configuration and other various ad-hoc projects.

What you'll be doing

• Provide support for various compensation-related projects primarily supporting the Year End Compensation Review process
• Perform data audits to verify the integrity and accuracy of compensation data
• Conduct data analysis to track trends/outliers and provide insights for HR Business Partners
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end Year End process
• Support on ad-hoc projects related to job competencies and levelling, promotions and equity
• Partner with the internal communications team to ensure delivery of consistent and clear messaging across the Year End cycle and other project deliverables
• Audit and test Workday configurations related to compensation, ensuring the accuracy and functionality of the tool 
• Prepare, audit, and assist with mass data updates and corrections

About you

• A bright and energetic individual, with 1-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Finance, data analysis, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills, with an interest in compensation, HR data management, and data analysis
• You're excited to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and exposure to a variety of People topics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups) and comfort working with large data sets
• Strong attention to detail and understands the importance of confidentiality
• Interest in developing HR systems (Workday) knowledge (previous experience a plus but not required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
