Main Purpose of the Job:
You will sell the full range of Medtronic Endo Mechanical Intelligent Devices (EMID) and Energy Based Devices (EBD) in a professional manner to hospitals and related healthcare professionals and to build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage and gain greater market share at all times.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be promoting current and new products – budgets and focus product incentives.
You will set personal and professional goals for yourself in an ongoing attempt to drive new business sales and gain competitor market share and still maintain and grow current market share.
An important part of your role is to complete all administrative tasks punctually and accurately within given deadlines – planners and reports, leave forms, expense claims and others.
Building strong relationships is core to your role and you will provide an excellent before and after sales service to your customers
Must Have- Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Degree or Diploma
Must be willing to attend congresses and workshops(occasionally weekends)
3 Years’ relevant sales experience
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong analytical and strategic experience
Highly motivated, dynamic and goal orientated
Must be able to work under pressure
50-60% within Midrand
