Role: Project Manager EMEA 

Location: UK remote – Manchester preferred, with occasional travel to Manchester office required 

Contract type: 12 month Fixed-term contract 

Travel: up to 25% EMEA

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to work on an EMEA level. In this role you will coordinate projects across marketing operations, commercial and supply chain, working with multiple stakeholders based in different geographies. You will lead process improvement projects and a brand architecture project. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills will enable effective cross functional collaboration to ensure success. You will leverage strong organisation and influencing skills to keep the project activities moving and ensuring milestones are delivered to time and high quality.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Liaise and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Legal, Business Process Improvement, 3rd Parties and Regulatory team members as well as IS and global teams to drive effective projects delivery and build effective bridges. 
  • Support and oversee the process of applying new branding on products, packaging and digital assets, coordinating activities with other internal project managers. 
  • Confidently navigate our global supply chain and regulatory landscape, communicating for any branding impacts for functions activities. 
  • Manage sign offs by stakeholders for multiple languages, ensuring timely delivery of approvals and updates for any digital assets. 
  • Lead core teams and coordinate the mapping and design processes for your projects. 
  • Establish and maintain project management tools such as Trello, project dashboards, KPI’s and reporting, Support your project steering committees. 
  • Highlight potential risks early to timelines/project delivery to mitigate issue. 

What you’ll bring to the role: 

  • Experience in Project Management, ideally working on international complex projects in matrixed organisations. 
  • Experience of working within a healthcare/regulated environment or with understanding of supply chain/digital projects is a plus. 
  • A demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve project risks. 
  • Project Management Certification is desirable. Must be confident using Project management tools, with a willingness to learn internal processes/systems.
  • A critical thinker, active negotiator, and influencer with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Curious learner, who can embrace our culture and work effectively to positively drive progress and understanding of the MedTech environment. 
  • Fluent in English with an awareness there are multicultural differences in regions.
