Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an individual contributor who is a master of efficiency with a passion for sales and sales technology. You will report to the Sales Ops Lead, EMEA and work with our EMEA Territory Sales organization – reps, managers, and sales director across our Barcelona, Spain; Amman, Jordan; and Minsk, Belarus locations – to drive process and tool adoption with our inside sales team as well as provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve our workflows and technology stack. You will be able to leverage the resources of the local teams as well as an extended, largely virtual, team to equip yourself and sales with the operational know how to sell effectively and efficiently. To get the job done, you will have to be resourceful, work cross-functionally, uncover and respond to the needs of a team, focus on activities that boost productivity, and motivate people to take an interest their own productivity.

Chances are you have worked in sales, preferably for a SaaS company, with a strong understanding of prospecting and lead generation through close along with the sales tools and processes that enable the sales cycle. You have a track record of driving efficiency and productivity, understanding and documenting sales processes, as well as helping others through learning, training, coaching, manager engagement and more. 

Your primary focus will be to drive adoption and process improvement across our inside sales teams while also supporting the formal on-boarding and learning paths for inside sales teams.

You will join Global Sales Operations (GSO) which is part of Autodesk’s 2000+ person Worldwide Sales and Services organization. Operations is the crew that plans, builds and runs the sales engine that helps sales reps and partners drive business. What You Will Do Day-to-Day

  • Work with sales managers / leaders, sales ops, sales enablement, marketing and other stakeholders to drive sales rep adoption of sales processes, best practice sharing, and new hire on-boarding.
  • Partner with stakeholders on the design, development, execution and adoption of sales process and tools.
  • Be a subject matter expert on inside sales skills, processes, tools and best practices
  • Bring creative, innovative approaches that will accelerate rep adoption, make it more engaging and effective, and drive sales performance goals
  • Be an advocate for sales efficiency and productivity as well as ongoing sales learning.

The Basic Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales and / or sales operations, preferably at a Saas company, and experience with Salesforce and other selling tools.
  • Experience training or mentoring others either 1:1 or 1:many.
  • Strong sense of curiosity – willingness to expand your boundaries and seek out more information and new capabilities
  • Customer-focused, action-oriented and committed to achieving high quality results
  • Ability to be an active participant in project core teams and to develop/execute on program plans
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Well organized, flexible, and focused on meeting deadlines
