As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible to oversee the culinary operations and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian.

  • Minimum 2 (two) years experience in the same role at Luxurious Hotel Environment.
  • Knowledgeable of food service management, values, nutrition, menu planning, and food health hazards and all necessary precautionary measures
  • A team player, invested in the bigger picture and passionate in being part of a highly performing team.
  • Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail.
