Financial management tools should demonstrate the same care and craft as consumer software, designed with contemporary user- and human-centered practices. Senior Product Design Leads are core to the transformation of product development at JP Morgan Cybersecurity, operating as a peer and partner with Product Management and Engineering.
As a Product Design Lead in the Security and Risk UX team, you are responsible for large and impactful initiatives within Governance, Risks, and Control utilizing a facilitative leadership style with senior design, research, product, and engineering leaders. Though without formal direct reports, you must be comfortable and capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams across the full range of design practice, from up-front research, insights, and strategy, though to ideation, prototyping, and testing, and to delivery of final designs. You don’t need to be an expert at every step, but through your leadership and review, the teams execute at a high-level of quality. You are expected to be a strong partner with senior Product Management and Engineering Leads, developing product and business strategy, which informs prioritization, planning, and decisions across multiple product teams.
