We are seeking an outcome-driven Group Product Manager with a passion for shaping the future of financial products. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive credit card industry experience to lead a team of 2 to 3 product managers, owning the success of the reimagined card servicing experience, driving the launch of new card products, and supporting Card growth tactics. You will be responsible for shaping and aligning the roadmap across various cross functional teams toward Prosper's Annual Goals. You will coach the team toward data-driven roadmaps that balance long and short-term investments in the platform. You will facilitate alignment across large groups of stakeholders and drive product strategy for the Credit Card product line.

The Role

  • Revamped Digital Card Experience: Lead efforts to transform and enhance Prosper's next-generation digital card servicing experience, ensuring alignment with objectives, and achieving success metrics. Prioritize elevated customer satisfaction and drive self-service adoption. 
  • Product Launch Excellence: Take charge of planning, implementing, and launching new card products, aiming to surpass targeted adoption rates and revenue goals. 
  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Collaborate with leaders in Marketing, Credit Risk, and Operations teams to formulate and execute a credit card product strategy, meeting annual booking and retention targets. 
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Cultivate a customer-first mindset, obsessively focusing on achieving and maintaining Net Promoter Score (NPS) and APP rating targets for the Credit Card funnel and servicing experiences. 
  • Efficient Time-to-Market: Contribute to the optimization of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) processes, reducing time-to-market for new credit card products and strategic projects. 
  • Team Performance and Growth: Nurture a high-performance culture within the product team, fostering increased engagement, providing coaching, and supporting professional growth. Mentor team members to achieve both company and professional goals at Prosper. 
  • Product Innovation: Present compelling ideas for significant features, enhancements, and new product concepts, positioning Prosper as a market leader in guiding customers on their financial wellness journey.

  • Seamless Product Launch: Oversee end-to-end product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and adoption. 
  • Collaborative Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly execute product strategies and attain desired outcomes. 
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness in product development. 
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Harness data and analytics to inform decisions and continually optimize product performance. 
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure alignment with stakeholders on outcome expectations and consistently communicate progress. 

All About You

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 
  • Experience: 8–12 years of outcome-driven Product Management or relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the credit card industry, preferably in a Fintech. Proven track record of 3+ years in successful people management, overseeing teams of 2 to 4 individuals. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement. 
  • Strategic Thinking:Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. 
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and outcomes to diverse stakeholders including leadership & executive teams. 
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, using insights to drive decision-making and achieve desired outcomes. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
