We are seeking an experienced, energetic Channel Sales Executive, to join our EMEA SMB North East Region Technology Cloud & Software Alliance and Channel team, to deliver on SMB Cloud & Software Partner Strategy. This role will be part of EMEA SMB COO office and will be working closely with A&C Regional and SMB Tech Cloud & Software Sales leaders, to deliver SMB channel goals execution and growth, of Cloud and Software business.

The SMB North East Region Channel Sales Executive will drive SMB Partner’s Identification and Enablement with Oracle Value Added Distributors and Oracle regional PSAMs, will support the GTM execution for the region and will make sure that all Oracle engines (A&C regional teams, Oracle Value Added Distributors, Oracle Business development teams) are aligned on execution of SMB channel Strategy and Goals, as to build the respective SMB Partner’s Business plans.

The successful candidate should have cross strong channel leadership expertise in North East region, channel/sales experience in SMB market and a high energy to inspire the SMB community to deliver more through the channel. It is essential for the successful candidate to have stakeholder management experience and strong ability to get stakeholders buy in.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver on North East Region SMB Channel business goals by building & executing Channel Sales Business plans for the countries of North East Region in a tight collaboration with SMB Cloud & Software sales leadership team
  • Design and drive execution in all phases of partner lifecycle – identification, recruitment, partner mapping, enablement, joint GTM, revenue growth execution
  • In collaboration with SMB sales team and Oracle Value Added Distributors, identify and enable the right partners to achieve SMB goals in every specific country in the covered territory
  • Ensure alignment of SMB focused partners to SMB sales territories and goals
  • Drive business planning with SMB focused partners
  • In alignment with North East Region SMB Sales Engagement rep and North Region SMB sales leaders, drive joint GTM campaign planning and execution with partners to deliver on indirect revenue business goals
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Oracle Technology propositions, articulate business propositions to partners and help them build meaningful business plans
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners, SMB sales leaders & internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and tracking to the goals
  • Proactive operational excellence of SMB channel business transactions with upfront credit/compliance/agreements management
  • Be the key partner for the North East Region SMB Technology leadership team and represent SMB Channel strategy.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of channel sales management experience in North East region
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to drive execution programmatically
  • Sales experience in SMB market preferred.
  • Track record of running in the matrix role with various stakeholders
  • Self-Starter, able to roll up the sleeves, invent the approach and make the work done 
  • Proficiency in English is a must. German language will be a plus.
