Job Description

As a member of the Global Production Product team, you are expected to manage the entire product development process as part of the Global Technology and Operations, Global Production team. Your role is to research and define clients’ needs to determine which features to include on the PX (end-to-end omnichannel content management platform) product roadmap, where clients are defined as our end users: Publicis Agencies and their clients. You will be the primary contact between the scrum teams, development teams, and senior stakeholders within Publicis and third-party partners. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to coordinate product launches and gather feedback for future iterations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise the entire product development process within the PX project;
  • Research and define clients’ needs to determine which features to include on the PX product roadmap;
  • Collaborate with the development team to define release plans and ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget;
  • Maintain the Product Roadmap;
  • Contribute to marketing collateral (what are PX’s USP vis a vis competitors’ and other Publicis Tools);
  • Continuously refine the product backlog and prioritize new features and improvements based on changing needs and business priorities.
  • Overlook, test, and review integrations with all partners
  • Keep on top of new trends and new vendors to ensure the currency of the PX value proposition for Publicis and clients.
  • Take part in client pitches/meetings - planning, educating, and mapping ideas.
  • Advise clients on integrations and on how we fit into their Martech stack.

Day to day:

  • Participate in sprint planning, refinements, backlog, and feature validation with the users, PMO and BAs;
  • Manage SMEs, and BAs to ensure the development team has a clear vision of feature development and provide a full backlog of future epics/stories for allocation by the development team;
  • Testing and reviewing new features and enhancements;
  • Approvals on recommendations for backend and infrastructure changes;
  • Support of sister projects or third-party partners on briefing, advising, and approving feature development for each feature or integration.

Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge of Creative Production Management or Creative Media ecosystems, particularly with respect to production and studio operations;
  • Working knowledge of omnichannel content distribution and publication processes, and associated best-in-class platforms;
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture;
  • Working knowledge of creative technologies such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, Workfront Fusion, Experience Manager, and Frame.io;
  • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools;
  • Ability to prioritize effectively;
  • Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles;
  • Excellent oral and written communication;
  • Ability to work with large matrixed and cross-functional teams;
  • Understanding of design quality standards and how to define the commercial viability of the features.
