Senior Sales Support and Client Relations Consultant -Fraud & Identity Solutions, Government Market Expert Responsible for leading and evangelizing Experian’s identity proofing solutions strategy within the government market, for Experian’s public sector clients and prospects, and within Experian. Drive public sector go-to-market strategies for Experian’s rapidly growing Fraud & Identity government business, including: product positioning and propositions; NIST, Fedramp, and other identity proofing compliance standards; prescriptive solutions, roadmap, and market-specific innovation opportunities; thought leadership and market-specific marketing consultation; and revenue attainment for Experian’s identity verification and fraud risk products specific to federal, state, and local clients, prospects, and partners. Assess competitor products and services and market trends to identify product enhancement and market opportunities. Recommend and collaborate with Product Management on product development, roadmap prioritization, and positioning strategies to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • As public sector identity proofing Subject Matter Expert, lead Experian’s identity proofing solutions strategy in support of market expansion and existing business protection
  • Represent Experian Fraud & Identity business within the government market, such as at government events, Panel Discussions, NIST, Kantara Board, and Trusted Framework Provider participation
  • Prepare and deliver effective capabilities presentations tailored to client use case
  • Prepare and deliver effective product roadmap presentations tailored to client use case
  • Prepare and deliver best practices for implementations (strategies, workflow etc.) tailored to client use cases
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations on industry topics – including standards, trends, regulation alignment, etc.
  • Develop effective RFI and RFP technical content and provide multifunctional leadership as required to support assigned RFI and RFP technical response tasks
  • Effectively represent the voice of the client within Experian relative to technical issues/impact
  • Foster meaningful partner relationships – develop partner awareness campaigns with Experian’s key contractor partners
  • Work across stakeholder groups such as product management, analytics, marketing, and sales to shape near term and long term identity proofing market offerings that are competitive and compliant
  • Drive efforts for third party certifications and recognition of our identity proofing platform and strategy (e.g. Kantara, ElectroSoft)
  • Influence business development and partnership priorities and activities with respect to identity proofing and management use cases and market opportunity
  • Partner with go to market team around specific strategic and tactical workflows
  • Act as primary sales support lead for identity opportunities
  • Provide thought leadership and external market awareness of Experian Public Sector capabilities and vision
  • Work directly with product management and development teams to ensure comprehensive business and technical requirements are gathered and translated into effective product launches and enhancements in support of identity use cases and market needs

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, in areas related to subject matter expertise a plus
  • MBA or graduate degree in related fields desired
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience from one of the following areas is required: identity proofing – US government market; fraud and identity public sector sales; technical sales support or sales engineering in government sector or related field
  • Knowledge of product marketing, project management, product prioritization, and roadmap planning skills a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to assertively drive projects to execution with little supervision while proactively communicating status to key stakeholders
  • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills is required
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented independent thinkers with strong attention to detail, analytical focus, and problem solving skills who are highly productive both as an individual or as part of a team
  • Standard PC desktop suite skills
  • Significant travel in the Washington, DCarea, (Maryland and Northern VA)
