We are looking for senior, self-driven technical professional to join our growing and dynamic Data Center Operational Support Service (DC OSS) team.

DC OSS delivers remote IT operation and administration services through HP IT Operation Center using integrated service management tool framework, and following ITIL governance model.

Job tasks/responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic account support to ensure proper operation and availability of customer IT environment
  • Control and administer the IT infrastructure in scope
  • Supervise all customer solutions in scope
  • Provide leadership in solving technical incidents and root cause analysis working closely with end customers and HPE remote and field support staff
  • Provide guidance to L1 and L2 technical staff by mentoring and creating technical process documentation
  • Develop action plans to investigate and resolve complex issues/problems and clearly communicate these to engineers, customers and/or relevant managers
  • Act as a consultant in the service delivery
  • Be an active member of the Data Center Account Team
  • Participate or lead projects related to IT infrastructure migrations
  • Communicate effectively with Technical and Non-Technical stakeholders
  • Participate/Drive ITIL based change management, problem management, incident management
  • Act as a contact and trusted advisor to internal and external parties to answer questions, understand the customer environment, work out potential issues and validate the functionality of the implemented solution, transition plans, and the service delivery
  • Lead, maintain or support training plans, trainings and initiatives in order to ensure the team members have the right technical and process knowledge
  • Adhere to relevant escalation processes with regards to resource and deadlines
  • Define and follow up on corrective actions
  • Lead all type of internal projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery
  • Support or lead projects related to internal tooling solution, service transition, knowledge transfer and reporting
