We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Risk Officer to join our newly created team, responsible for migrating key credit risk processes from France to Poland. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting project, driving operational transformation and strengthening our risk management framework.

Key Highlights of the Role

  • Senior-level position within a brand-new team
  • Focus on process migration and credit risk management
  • Act as a mentor and coach to less experienced colleagues
  • Engage with stakeholders across Western Europe, including Warsaw, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Zürich, Vienna, Milan, Madrid, and London

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Overseeing and conducting comprehensive controls and analyses on high-risk activities
  • Ensuring accurate reporting using specialized tools
  • Collaborating with central teams to improve process efficiency
  • Proactively resolving complex cases and escalate issues when needed
  • Monitoring progress and meeting deadlines, providing clear communication to stakeholders
  • Sharing performance insights and continuously suggest improvements for optimal results

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

  • You are a seasoned professional in the banking industry with +3 years of experience in Credit Risk Analysis
  • You have in-depth knowledge of RWA, ECL, Basel parameters, and risk management
  • You have experience in operational processes and reporting tools
  • You have strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
  • You are fluent in English and Polish (essential)
