Location: Richfield, MN (Hybrid 1-3x per week in office)

Project Description:

This individual will be working on expanding and refining our products and features designed to enable Zero Party Data collection and Continuous Shopping.

Position Summary/Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our IT team, focusing on personalization experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance personalized features that improve user engagement and satisfaction

• Critical thinking: Engage in critical thinking about key products and features to identify important scenarios for designing new and enhanced feature sets.
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely through both written and spoken communication. Skilled in creating detailed documentation.
• Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of product features and a cohesive user experience.
• Coordination: Skilled in overseeing and coordinating technical engineering work, ensuring alignment with product goals and timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Data Literacy: Proficient in interpreting and leveraging data to inform product decisions, identify trends, and optimize user experiences.
