Your Role
You will act as a HR Business Partner for Contract Logistics providing quality HR advice, coaching and support to all managers to ensure the business's strategic and operational objectives are met including, but not limited to, involvement in general HR matters , country vide HR projects implementation and roll out.
Your Responsibilities
- Align all HR activities across different warehouses and sectors (especially pharma and consumer).
- Support our managers in their daily operational leadership challenges by working closely with site human resources partners /specialists and National HR team.
- Work in close cooperation with managers and the HR Director to ensure active HR support to the organization.
- Maintain and further develop the yearly employee life cycle in Contract Logistics (recruitment, performance management, talent management, communication, employee engagement activities, offboarding etc.).
- Support execution of Compensation Benefits process in line with the policy.
- Perform & improve the recognition and rewarding program
- Manage employee and Labor relations connected matters in dedicated units.
- Being in touch with related governmental institutions and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment practices, policies and legislation
- Liaise with People & Organization Development Team for implementation of learning & development interventions including supporting the delivery of specific training when required.
- Be a role model for our vision and goals through HR processes, such as Employer Branding, Talent Development, and Succession Planning.
- Be part of country wide HR projects and initiatives; implementation and rollout.
Your Skills and Experiences
- University degree and relevant professional experience in Human Resources or a similar field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience in the following fields: recruitment and labor relations, employee relations.
- Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law.
- Very good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, inclusive knowledge of MS Office.
- Very good knowledge of English is required.
- An open, tolerant, and strong personality, keeps clear focus in situations of stress.
- High customer orientation, commitment, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
- Proven HR Generalist experience with blue and white collar HR operation cycle
- Experience with blue-collar organization.
- Able to travel between different operational locations
