応募資格:

• 3 年以上の社会人経験をお持ちの方
• 2 年以上キャリアを中断されていた方
• キャリアを再スタートさせたいと考えている方
• 言語:日本語(母国語レベル)、英語(ビジネスレベル)

ジョブ・サマリー: 人事部門での採用関連のサポート業務

職務内容:

Talent Acquisition (採用関連・サポート)

• 応募者データの管理: 応募者情報のデータベース入力と更新、応募者の進捗状況の追跡
• 応募書類の管理、個人情報の削除、フォルダへの保管
• 応募者、採用エージェンシーとのコミュニケーション
• 面接スケジュールの調整: 面接官と候補者のスケジュール調整、面接場所の確保、オンライン面接の設定
• 面接のエスコート、緊急連絡先としての対応
• 入社手続きのサポート: 入社書類の準備と送付、入社オリエンテーションのスケジュール調整
• 採用関連の問い合わせ対応: 候補者や面接官からの問い合わせ対応
• 採用イベントのサポート: 採用イベントやキャリアフェアの準備と運営サポート
• 採用関連のPO、ZAP処理
• 採用データの管理: 採用活動のデータ入力、採用状況のレポート作成、採用活動の効果測定2
• 人事・総務関連プロジェクトのサポート(必要に応じて)

必須条件:

日英での優れたコミュニケーション能力とプロジェクト管理能力

効果的な問題解決と分析能力

• データ分析(例:データプレゼンテーション、グラフ、エクセル等)
• 仕事に対する責任感が持てる方

• Microsoft Office の基本・応用操作
