A day in the life…

  • Support the business by providing a variety of specialized services in Marketing as part of the Lifecycle Management organization, which is inclusive of Loyalty and Credit marketing.
  • Assist in enhancing department vision and strategies to support Company goals by driving strategy, themes and messaging for departmental responsibilities
  • Ensure the development, implementation and ongoing management of the lifecycle marketing approach, tactics, and tests to drive and optimize to Marketing goals and results
  • Collaborate internally to ensure that the most effective lifecycle strategies are put into practice; includes retention marketing programs, acquisition marketing teams, brand and content programs, loyalty, and others
  • Complete special projects by clarifying plans and objectives and ensuring timely delivery
  • Partner with management and others to anticipate future business changes and challenges and proactively develop and implement new or revised plans in how we support sales from a Marketing perspective
  • Assist in the development and management of the department budget

You own this if you have...

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 6-7+ years management experience in consumer marketing
  • Preferred 3+ years’ experience in consumer segmentation, digital marketing, campaign management, database/customer relationship marketing, and rigorous testing to optimize profitability of marketing tactics
  • Ability to collaborate with analytical teams and product management/technology teams to develop data-driven and technology-enabled marketing tactics
  • Ability to build strong relationship with peers and senior leadership
  • Strong strategic planning abilities, critical thinking skills, and problem solving ability to rapidly identify opportunities and implement actionable go-to-market strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to successfully grow revenue
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
