This Corp. FP&A role will be a key partner in managing the Dell Management Model (DMM), will facilitate the development of BU and Consolidated multi-year outlooks and five year plans, and will support, measure and monitor Dell Agenda initiatives. The role will also play a critical part in measuring various strategic metrics for the company, which may include, related investments and the performance of acquired companies. This individual must have a strong FP&A background, deep understanding of Dell’s Business Units, and the ability to collaborate across organizations and influence others. The role will project manage, be an active participant and provide thought leadership as new projects or initiatives arise. Attention to detail is a must, high level of business partnership across organizations, strong interpersonal and influential skills.
