Execute & manage end to end debit card onboarding, servicing & usage journey / processes for 3 segment based Debit Card types Mass, Treasures & TPC Debit Cards

  • Debit card onboarding journey including both branch & digital online application journey
  • Debit card function activation journey namely for ATM, MasterCard spend, overseas withdrawal & MCA across branch & digital channels 
  • Debit card servicing / usage including Local & Overseas ATM PIN, Local & Overseas ATM withdrawals, MasterCard spend, earmarking & chargeback 
  • Enhancing debit card key indicators tracking onto control tower
  • Optimize operation efficiency working with Branches, Card Ops, DigiBank, call center & BUC

Qualification

Subject Matter Expert for Debit Card BAU & Day 2 deliverable (MCA / Payment Control/ Fees & Charges) + recarding working with MtJ squad member

  • Day to day customer, operation & tech issues resolution for debit card onboarding, servicing & usage journeys 
  • Co-ordinate end to end journey improvement and other initiatives including BRD alignment with stakeholders 
  • UAT & PAT co-ordinator for debit card related project and enhancement.

Debit Card PM TL

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and analysts working on debit card products.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Product Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the debit card portfolio, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Drive the implementation of new product features, enhancements, and innovations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, technology, and compliance teams, to ensure successful product development

and launch.

  • Analyze customer feedback and market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
  • Ensure the product delivers a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Operational and Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage the budget for debit card products, ensuring cost-effective development and operations.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess product success and identify areas for optimization.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all debit card products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  • Oversee risk management strategies to address potential security or fraud issues.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain reports on product performance, including usage statistics, financials, and customer feedback.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Credit Card Onboarding PM 信用卡數位募卡暨通路策略專案經理

1. 依據團隊發展目標,針對信用卡產品及通路發展募卡專案,以達成產品/客群經營指標 。

2. 以客群經營為角度制定獲利模式與通路經營策略,並依其訂定年度產品策略與經營方式與執行。

Credit Cards Usage PM 信用卡行銷企劃專員

1.Develop and execute Credit Card category usage campaigns to deliver business goal and strategic agenda.

2.Responsible for usage campaign development, manage partnership with merchants and performance tracking to deliver retail spend goal.

3.Constantly review, propose corrective actions and coordinate with key stakeholders to improve product/related process for better customer experience delivery.

4.Manage and optimize marketing budget. Build, plan and maintain strategic alliance with partners.

5.Monitor and update Credit Card market / spending trend and competitor status.
