Overview of Role

This role will be a part of the Connected Hubs Enablement Team (CET) and help lead our global digital transformation efforts. Connected Hubs refers to our Digital Talent Strategy that seeks to improve accountability, build uniformity, and deliver with consistency across our global team. This individual will be a member of the Connected Hubs Enablement Team (CET) who will be responsible for leading efforts in Digital Connected Hubs to enable standardized process and clear accountability as well as unlock new, credible data insights to enable transparency and visibility across the Digital function. This team's purpose is to accelerate the delivery of digital strategy, drive consistent global programs, support transformation strategy, ensure constant communication and drive continuous technology improvement.

This individual will unite global digital hub programs to drive business outcomes and create and implement roadmaps to bridge business capabilities to achieve.

Objectives of this Role

  • Lead the Global Connected Hubs digital initiatives as part of global strategic business activity by successfully executing the programs under the guidance of hub leaders
  • Assist and communicate with hub functional leaders, global leaders and executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Create, generate insights, and monitor key functional KPIs of hub
  • Design and drive budget management and cost optimization initiatives of hub
  • Design, implement and drive strategic and governance programs by ensuring hub initiatives are implemented in adherence to hub’s overall vision
  • Strategically drive programs to meet performance measures targets by bridging the gap between delivery and digital skill gaps in the organization
  • Moderate review meetings and discussions, drive the action items from review meetings and report to the leadership
  • Execute improvements to defined org structure, conduct knowledge and skills gaps and identify the necessary interventions
  • Run pilot programs related to technology, innovation and new global strategies for long term growth of the organization
  • Conduct regular governance and problem scan on all hub initiatives to create transparency, and create early warning indicators
  • Identify the gaps in current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and coordinate with partners and vendors through multiple channels and execute contracts under the guidance of hub leader
  • Coordinate research and analyze market conditions, trends and opportunities related to digital Industry and appraise the leadership
  • Execute the communications of the hub under the guidance of hub leader
  • Planning and coordinating operational activities within an organization such as townhalls, meetings, events, or conferences
  • Lead in supporting the global innovation strategies and drive results
  • Lead, drive and deliver the learning and development initiatives for the hub
  • Lead, drive and deliver the global talent transformation programs of the hub
  • Participate in global / local summits and establish relationships with start-ups

Experience:

  • 10+ years in a business or executive management role driving global programs
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
  • Exposed to handle global C-Suite stakeholders
  • Organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Vendor management, Service excellence analysis, Global Resourcing, Project Performance Mgt
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Financial planning (desirable)

Primary skillsets:

  • Serve as liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding hub climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals and KPI performance
  • Proactively detect issues and report early warning signals to leadership on hub initiatives
  • Strategically implement programs to bridge the gap between delivery and digital skill gaps of the organization
  • Assist the human resources department to seek right talent including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and hub leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual townhall meetings, and scheduling facilities
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with executives on special projects
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
  • Coordinate and promote engagement activities within the global teams
  • Define and monitor Hub’s KPIs
  • Understanding of digital processes to ensure compliance with HR, Legal and local government regulatory requirements
