Support the regular finance management processes.
Assuring a timely and accurate submission of financial reports and information.
Compilation of the weekly, monthly and annual closings and reporting.
Provide assistance during the MEC and year-end audit process.
Regular communication and cooperation with the external accounting agency.
Provide support to service partners and end customers, and other tasks in order to assure a smooth supply chain process of finished goods and visibility items.
Cooperate with suppliers, custom clearing agency, MOH, and Red Bull Customer Service in order to assist in the goods importation process.
Responsibility for the inventory management.
Responsibility for the order process, for both finished goods and POS material, including accurate and timely data management and document management.
Responsible for office management, including coordination of meetings and events, purchase and maintenance of office supply, and cooperation with third parties and international Red Bull contacts.
First level of contact to customers, partners and visitors.
Assists the General Manager in executing daily tasks, mainly by preparing documentation, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Responsible for all required employment data management, as well as regular statutory reporting and Red Bull internal reporting.
Minimum two-years of experience of similar jobs, including office assistance, logistics and/or finance, preferably in a multinational environment.
Highly motivated and energetic, professional, and results oriented.
Analytical approach and skills, with a strong focus on details and work accuracy.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing), and service orientation.
Strong EDV skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
