We’re looking for a Team Lead, Talent Sourcer who can partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to find candidates for our Engineering and Sales businesses in the US and EMEA/APAC regions. You will be working to find creative ways of surfacing top talent and activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (Cabs will be provided)

Work Location: Gurgaon

The Team Lead, Talent Sourcer will collaborate with hiring leaders to anticipate and meet the ongoing needs of the company and to deliver the best talent in the organization. Manages the Recruiting Team.

Job responsibilities as an Individual Contributor

Engages with the business leads; understands current demands and future demand scenarios
Provides input to business at the deal-in-discussion / resource planning stage to help put together more accurate and realistic sourcing strategys in line with business requirements
Conduct proactive research on tough-to-source skills and emerging technologies
Work on sourcing requests, especially executive searches
Working on other recruiting support projects, as and when required
Research/Reporting - prepare sourcing/competitive information
Utilize Boolean search methodology and other data mining techniques to identify both resumes and candidate profiles
Utilize all sourcing channels such as niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for internal positions; build candidate lists into Candidate Resource Management system
Job responsibilities as a Team Lead

Allotment and distribution of work to the Team
Lead by example and provide guidance and support to the Sourcing Team in India
Coach, mentor and train team members
Drive technology, process and weekly cadence for team members to enhance the recruitment process
Coach the Team in how to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork in working with their Hiring Managers/ Recruiters to hire the best talent
Quality checking of sourced resumes by the Team
Reporting of sourcing metrics to leadership and ensure the Team delivers against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress
Utilize the world’s best recruiting tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before
Partner in strategy calls with business leaders and align recruiting team to maximize successful hiring outcomes and best practices
Have regular Team meets, provide day to day solutions for the larger Team, huddle conversation, quality checking of sourced resumes by the Team, and exhibit excellent analytical approach in solving problems
Performance achievement (for the Team), Team building, succession planning
Have regular connects with Business Stakeholders on a weekly basis. Participate in their review and represent Recruiting
Showcase the progress, movement and solutions for the respective set of demands
Requirements

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Minimum Bachelor degree
6-12 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior people management/team handling role
Working experience of databases and portals used for recruiting and competitor research
Demonstrated ability and achievement in leading effective recruiting teams and developing and inspiring exceptional recruiters and recruiting leaders
Experience in using a CRM (candidate relationship management) and ATS (applicant tracking system)
Possess a cohesive team attitude, and willingness to receive coaching
Must have worked in a high pressure/high octane environment that is focused on business priorities and business enabling scenarios
Must have the hunger and appetite to grow in recruiting
Must be highly organized, methodical and disciplined
