Global Operations Finance is seeking a finance consultant with well-rounded experience in Finance/Accounting for the North America fulfillment & logistics controller role. Controller will be responsible for managing $300M+ spend partnering with the regional operational leader. Responsibility spans all of the Americas region including both Client & Enterprise LOBs & serving as the lead for coordinating total DAO view including S&P, Canada, and LATAM on various strategic/business initiatives. Attention to detail, high level of business partnership, strong interpersonal/influential skills, leading and supporting a remote and diverse team are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate and consolidate the North America fulfillment & logistics forecast and actual reporting process.
  • Serve as liaison with operations & business/segment teams on next generation strategic projects, Dell EMC integration initiatives
  • Understand operational drivers surrounding actual results; prepare quarterly executive summaries and present results to senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular interlock with various functions within Operations, Accounting & Finance
  • Monitor monthly and quarterly metrics and performance against forecast
  • Review processes and propose recommendations for improvement. Present results of analysis and make recommendations to management.
  • Manage and support ad-hoc requests from business partners

Technical Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business; Finance or Accounting
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; CPA  or CIA qualification preferred
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Audit, Controls & Compliance, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office
  • Previous Excel modeling and FP&A experience preferred
