What We’re Looking For:

An experienced Director who is comfortable leading a small team that contributes big results. You must be a team player, detail oriented, have financial modeling experience, able to communicate complex data in a succinct manner, comfortable communicating recommendations to leadership and possess a mentorship attitude.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze complex data related to select acquisition and partnership opportunities to determine financial, operational, and strategic fit with company.

  • Be responsible for and manage acquisition and partnership financial analysis
  • Maintain and continuously improve complex financial models to support management decisions
  • Support opportunity assessment process including deal governance
  • Monitor investment portfolio, including regular reporting to senior executives
  • Coordinate and manage incentive structures for corporate and sales team members

The Skills You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of directly related experience in business valuations, financial planning, acquisitions, deal governance.
  • Advanced financial modeling using Excel and/or other data analysis tools  
  • Bring a collaborative and educational mindset to the team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Ability to present complex concepts in a simple and clear manner, effectively communicating results of financial analysis to senior management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives with competing deadlines.



  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA, CPA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Leadership experience and sound judgement
