What's the role?

As an Account Managers, you’ll be out and about visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites and nuclear plants or in offices and warehouses.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.

Day to day, you’ll report to your regional head of sales, who will also be there to help you manage your career.

What you need is:

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment, courage and competitive drive

A thirst to learn and challenge yourself

Mobility to travel throughout the National Capital Region or Nationwide Assignment

Displays leadership potential
