Role Responsibilities 

  • 5+ Years of experience designing, developing and maintaining Automated Performance Testing Suite for java applications.
  • Good Knowledge and working experience in;
  • Performing PT for JMS, REST APIs, Web Browser based Web Applications.
  • ADO Repo, CI/CD Pipeline for fully automated build & deployment of Automated Performance Testing Suites.
  • Preferred Tools like JMeter, HP Load Runner or equivalent.
  • Using additional tools to monitor performance, tune settings and troubleshoot issues.
  • Peak, Soak and Stress Testing of all interdependent applications.
  • Preparing NFRs, Testing Strategy, Testing Plan and Generating Reports with Test Results and Evidence.
  • Added advantage if prior experience in;
  • Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) - Falcon Fraud Manager Products and suites.
  • Automating Performance Testing suite for the FICO Vendor Products.
  • Responsible for creating & maintaining the automated performance testing framework & suite as per the organization’s expectations.
  • Responsible for automating the daily/weekly/monthly status update reports to various stakeholders and maintain a dashboard for quick status update reference.
  • Accountable to meet all Non-Functional Testing QA standards and policies defined by the organization, including version maintenance of the PT automation suites.
  • Accountable to manage team of junior resources in training, assigning work and reviewing tasks.
  • Contribute to improve and maintain Performance Testing as well as Regression test packs to ensure maximum coverage.
  • Be informed and up to date on all organization’s Standards on QA and automation. Should take lead in bringing best practises within or outside the organization for betterment of the existing processes.

  • Awareness and understanding of the Group's QA Standards and Automation related strategies and policies. 

Business

  • Awareness and understanding of the Falcon and Fraud Surveillance Domain to improve the quality of the Performance and Regression Test Pack coverage.
  • Work with Business stakeholders to create and maintain a comprehensive Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) as per the organization standard.

Processes

  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, executing and supervising the Performance, Regression and various QA testing in scope for the project and also create/compile various artifacts necessary for the QA and various internal processes.

People & Talent

  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.
  • Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
  • Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people to ensure long term sustainability & resilience factors in mind.

Risk Management

  • Stay up to date on organization’s policies and processes on QA standards, identify gaps in Automation & QA Scope/Strategy and provide solutions to plug the gaps for effective functioning of the application.

Governance

  • Responsible for ensuring the Performance & Regression Test Strategy and Suite meets Organization’s QA Governance expectations as well as meet the demands of the production for a stable and efficient system.
