Sales Manager - Sales Plays /COE growth

Job Purpose:

  • The Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director.
  • Candidates for this sales headcount must already have experience with sold customer relationships in this customer sector.
  • They will take ownership of bringing and be responsible for the entire life cycle of the assigned accounts.
  • The role will need to interface with Suppliers and Customers on an on-going basis for maximizing revenue, margins and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers from working level to C-level management and ensure revenue growth for existing business customers, continuously improving levels of customer satisfaction and builds long term business relations with assigned customers
  • Implementation of account plan and sales initiatives and achieve the assigned accounts targets, as agreed with Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager
  • Autonomous in managing assigned accounts day-to-day sales processes, quotations and Customer engagements
  • Sell solutions and services to customers by leveraging technologies from major vendors and expertise from the Company.
  • Achieves significant cross-selling and up-selling of products and services through effective teamwork with other internal business units and suppliers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer or other relevant discipline.
  • Proven success in building relationship and business success with customers
  • Ability to communicate technical and business concepts and relate them to the Company's solutions and customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in a vendor or system integrator environment is preferred
