Manager Talent Acquisition Europe (m/f/d) - Focus Retail
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own Talent Acquisition processes across Birkenstock Europe, mainly focused on Retail roles
- Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with store staff applicants, Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers either via video call, telephone or on site
- Contribute to our European store expansion strategy and meet high volume hiring targets for our summer peak
- Manage and improve the whole Talent Acquisition process for your vacancies and ensure an excellent candidate journey
- Be a sparring partner and point of contact regarding Talent Acquisition for Hiring Managers
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in operational tasks, like scheduling of interviews, when needed
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- You are enthusiastic about working with people and enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in international Talent Acquisition within the Retail landscape, ideally of an international fashion or lifestyle brand
- Confident and outgoing personality with an engaging and inspiring attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach
- Good knowledge in common MS-Office applications and a SAP Talent Acquisition Management-Tool
- Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
