Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

o Develop and execute RGM strategies that drive

revenue growth and profitability for clients in

the CPG/FMCG sector.

o Offer expert insights and recommendations on

pricing, promotions, trade spend effectiveness,

and assortment optimization.

o Lead the development of RGM frameworks and

methodologies tailored to client needs.

2. Client Engagement:

o Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in RGM,

providing thought leadership and strategic

guidance to clients.

o Foster strong relationships with senior client

stakeholders, understanding their business

challenges and opportunities.

o Present complex data and insights in a clear,

actionable manner to drive decision-making.

3. Project Delivery:

o Oversee the delivery of data and analytics

projects, ensuring they meet client expectations

and project goals.

o Utilize advanced analytics and tools to derive

insights and drive performance improvements.

o Ensure projects are completed on time, within

scope, and within budget.

4. Team Leadership:

o Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and

RGM professionals.

o Promote a culture of continuous learning and

improvement within the team.

o Provide guidance and support to team

members in their professional development.

5. Business Development:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities

within the R&C sector.

o Develop and present proposals and pitches to

prospective clients, showcasing the value of

RGM services.

o Collaborate with the business development

team to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in RGM, data

analytics, and project delivery within the CPG/FMCG

sector.

  • Proven track record in a leading consultancy

(MBB/Big4/Accenture) or in a marketing/Sales &

Distribution role within the industry.

  • Strong understanding of RGM principles, including

pricing strategies, trade promotion optimization, and

assortment planning.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and client empathy.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,

Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).

  • Proficiency in cloud data tools (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
