A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. Department Summary

The Hogarth Technology Team are responsible for a wide range of hardware and software solutions. Spanning Private and Public Cloud Infrastructure, across self-managed, high-speed networks to transfer large amounts of production content, the Technology services provided need to be 'always-on' and deliver continuous transformation of our global estate. Our highly skilled team of engineers, administrators, analysts, developers and project managers are responsible for a wide array of bespoke and industry standard tools, providing our clients with the most efficient and innovative technologies in our sector.

What does a Transformation Project Manager do at Hogarth?

The candidate will be joining to lead the implementation of a workflow and financial solution to our internal teams within the OCP Programme. The role includes leading a project throughout the whole project lifecycle from the initiation, design and planning, execution and closure of the project. In addition, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the orchestration of multiple cross-functional resources for the roll out of a new technical solution to our internal teams and clients.

This role is a 9 month FTC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and be responsible for the project implementation
  • Work with Hogarth Worldwide internal teams, including but not limited to Client Services Teams, Commercial Teams and Product Teams for the implementation of 3 rd party SaaS products supporting the finance and client services functions
  • Responsible for defining, planning, managing, reporting on and communicating project activity
  • Escalate issues as necessary within the project organisation structure
  • Ensure that the project is established and operated in accordance with the established HWW Project Management Framework
  • Create and maintain effective stakeholder communication mechanisms
  • Create and maintain effective project governance
  • Monitor and report on project progress and exceptions, providing recommendations for corrective actions where necessary
  • Maintain appropriate document management controls
  • Meet stakeholder expectations for project delivery
  • Track and report on project scope, time and budget changes
  • Ensure all delivery streams are working together effectively, outputs are synchronised where necessary and internal and external dependencies are mapped and managed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement

Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports the Senior Transformation Project Manager

Requirements

  • Must have Project Management experience of software implementations
  • Strong experience working in large scale business transformation, change and implementation programmes
  • Experience working on Commercial and finance transformation projects highly preferable
  • Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMP or other) highly preferable
  • History of being able to manage multiple projects that may overlap or be interlinked when aligning with business requirements
  • Strong client facing aptitude for managing client (both internal and external) requirements and expectations
  • Business analysis skills
  • Commercial acumen and experience highly preferable
  • Capability of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of approaching issues methodically and the ability to think laterally for resolution
  • Workflow mapping of business processes with strong documentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Comfortable working within an ever-changing environment in a rapidly growing company
  • Problem solver
