Sales Specialist MindSphere Digital Factory



What are my responsibilities?

  • Proactive marketing and selling of MindSphere
  • Analytical preparation of market and customer data for sales initiatives
  • Customer segmentation
  • Customer development plans in cooperation with existing local sales force
  • Customer visits
  • Support for portfolio specific marketing campains
  • Interface between business units and regional management
  • Usage of local CRM system and data entry requirements


What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • More than 5 years experience in sales / marketing of technical products / systems /services in the industrial environment
  • Basic know how of all kind of networks
  • Basic know how of industrial security standards
  • Basic know how of industrial automation & machine tool systems (Simatic, Sinumerik etc.)
  • Basic know how client server architecture, OPC UA, cloud technologies
  • Advanced sales skills
  • Consultative selling,
  • Hunting mentality
  • C-level compatible
  • Advanced negotiation and networking skills


What else do I need to know?

  • Travel availability
  • Good English language skills
  • Basic commercial knowledge
  • Customer orientation
