Graduate Program Position – Service Business Analyst Graduate

Do you want to grow with us?

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems’ Graduate program is your chance to get to spend time in not only your home country’s part of the business, but also in two other countries in Europe while learning about our business and the organization!

If you are a Swedish resident, and if you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, System Development, Engineering or Business Administration (or will have in time for Program start) you are eligible to apply – and we are looking forward to receiving your application!

The ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Graduate Program will start in September 2024, and will run for a total of 24 months on a permanent contract.

We promise that you will get to know our company as well as to learn from specialists in the industry. You will be part of the day-to-day business and be working in dedicated and engaged teams. The first 6 months you will spend in the country where you are recruited, and then relocate for your first international placement in a second country for about 6 months, followed by another placement for an additional 6 months in a third country. This set up will give you a solid understanding of what it is like to work in an international environment, as well as invaluable experience from working in different countries and cultures, with all that brings.

The 4 assignments can potentially be covering all areas of service: operations, commercial, product management and logistics. To give you a flavor of possible assignments, you find below some examples:

  • Service operation dashboards – Define the standard dashboards to be visualized in Power BI that the countries will use to run their service operations at different levels; Service Mgt, technicians etc.
  • “Design for service” – structure and define service requirement to different development platforms for new products.
  • Conversion rate - Share and implement best practices in countries.
  • BSP Service Rules - Further refine rules to provide clear guidance on how to structure our service business within the segment.
  • Implement the BSP Operating System in the service field operations/ back-office organization using the lean operations toolbox to raise service efficiency, employee satisfaction, customer loyalty.
  • Spare parts - Develop pricing towards Value Based Pricing.
  • Support implementation - Support a contract configurator implementation or the implementation of the segment´s future Field Service Management system.
  • Sustainability focus - Define European footprint for service parts refurbishment.

During the Program you will be in continuous contact with your dedicated mentor, and you will also be assigned a local host, who will help you to settle in, wherever you go. We believe that people make it all happen and want to see you get a good start with us! Together with your mentor and the rest of the Program team you will discover your strengths and development areas, and together figure out what would be the best step for you after graduating from the Program and where in the organization you would be able to continue grow both yourself and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. The Graduate Program is only the beginning!
