  • Responsible for the timely and cost-efficient execution of inventory deployments (FG, Semi FG, and RMPM) from pre-defined lanes (Vendors or SCJ Manufacturing Facilities heading towards SCJ DCs) within the scope of International Logistics. to deliver excellence in customer service - at The Right Time, Right Place, Right Quantity, Right Quality, at the least possible cost. Scope of the role includes oversight on all modes of transportation (Ocean, Land, Air, Inter-Modal) of RMPM, Semi FG, Finished Goods within the Supply Chain.

Import Activities

1). Manage and overview of shipment bookings, checking of Bill of lading, country of origin ensuring all shipping documents are in accordance with the customs requirements.

2). Ensure all transport operations / processes are fully compliant with all relevant SCJ Policies / Protocols, and Country legal standards particularly in health and, safety, environmental, dangerous goods management, transport safety, import / export regulations.

3). Oversee Inventory management and traceability within the transportation network and work closely with Warehouse operation team in order meet delivery plan& KPIs

4). Define & implement sustainable cost efficiency programs through application of LEAN / OPEX Methodologies and approach (Cost saving& Cost Inflation Management)

5). Work cross functional with all related parties in supply chain and partner with Customer Supply Chain to optimize the customer, service and cost within the network

6). Coordinate/schedule the deployment of shipments to Warehouses within the agreed SLA

7). Coordinate and interact with relevant stakeholders and to beat the set operational key performance measures LSPs, Forwarders, Carriers, Truckers, Brokers etc.)

8). Addressing and resolving shipment issue from day-to-day operation and notify related parties regarding business impact/ disruption

9). Ensure that operation will meet the standard KPI e.g. container utilization, On Time Delivery, GSA Utilization and Case Cuts (CFR)

10). To ensure that the optimize utilization of contract award volume for all shipment to Thailand

11). Manage/ maintain relationship with vendors to ensure their KPI is meet our SLA& complied with SRM program

12) Perform RFQ deep dive analysis with freight cost optimization, generate cost saving and control cost avoidance

13) Manage multimodal transportation with cost optimization and operation effectiveness

Export Activities:

1). Plan, book the shipment to Forwarder analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures ( container utilization, SRD, GSA, target loading date, ETD and ETA)

2). Monitor the shipment milestones, closely coordinate the pick up of goods from WH and generation of shipping documents.

3). Coordinate and interact with relevant stakeholders (LSPs, Forwarders, Truckers , Carriers, Brokers etc.)

4). Addressing and resolving shipment issue from day to day operation and notify related parties regarding business impact/ disruption

5) Ensure shipment dispatch on time according to the SLA

6) Lead and monitor Thailand market with cost& operation effectiveness

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, International Business Management or any related field

2. 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics, Export- Import, Freight Forwarder, Customs Regulation

3. Experience in MNC/FMCG or Logistics in Manufacturing will be advantage

4. Experience in large scale for import/ export/ logistics will be advantage

4. Strong analytical/ problem solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks& project simultaneously

5. Experience in SAP, excellent in Microsoft Office Suits

6. Fluent in English& excellent in communication skills

7. Experience in work remotely will be advantage
