About the Team :

We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Manager role in our Key Account team, working as Industry Lead, managing Financial Services, Travel, and Government verticals. Industry Leads are responsible for the day to day management of both Client Partners, our front-line senior sellers, as well as Client Solutions Managers, our technical experts who run the day-to-day on accounts. In addition, Industry Leads will be required to develop the sales strategy and own the revenue growth in these verticals. Industry Leads will work with various stakeholders and teams across the organization both locally and internationally to help scale our business. As a seasoned Sales Manager, this opportunity will see you using your network and skills to establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue. Success in this position requires a focus on showing, not just telling; delivering on strategy to grow revenue and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Client Partners and Customer Solutions Manager to deliver results against set targets
  • Strong connections within the Financial Services, Travel, and Government industries
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the above-mentioned verticals
  • Work hands-on with the team in pitch creation and opportunity scoping
  • Provide regular sales coaching, as well as career development for the team
  • Develop strategic direction for industries and guide the team to execute on them
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Trade Marketing, Marketing Science and Sales Operations to realise strategic plans
  • Own senior client relationships and establish yourself as a leader in the industry
  • Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales experience, preferably within the relevant verticals
  • At least 5+ years of management experience of a team
  • Experience managing branding advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
  • Experience helping clients execute custom branded campaigns
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Ability to coach sales teams with proven success
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking
  • Have a passion for TikTok
