You’ll serve as a core leader with our SHaPE provider team that uses healthcare data (payer / provider / 3rd party data) and analytics to answer some of the most pressing questions our healthcare clients have today such as “How do we manage cost of care while improving quality?”, “How do we remain competitive in the evolving healthcare landscape?”, “Who are the most vulnerable patients and what interventions can we design to better care for them?”.

Our capabilities are foundational to multiple high profile initiatives and have been core to the practice in delivering our assets and creating organization-wide transformation programs for clients. The team has grown to 200+ colleagues globally over the last 4 years. It is a unique mix of healthcare experts, physicians, statisticians, engineers, data scientists, and more.

What You'll Do

You will deliver top notch data-focused services to our top clients, partnering with colleagues across healthcare systems and services provider domains.

In this role you will be a part of the team that produces the analytics using our proprietary big data and analytic platform; you will be trained on this platform and it will become a core element in your toolkit. These services range from ingesting and transforming data for use in analysis and loading to our core assets, creating clear visualizations to deliver healthcare performance reports used to enhance provider performance, to developing innovative new design patterns for ingesting, loading, and consuming client data.

We are a team that is very entrepreneurial; as such, we are looking for someone with the desire to constantly make things better, which can include working with the product team to innovate on the end-to-end solution delivery chain, injecting new QA tools and processes, increasing automation, and recommending user-centric product and process enhancements.

To achieve the delivery of our assets, you will lead a team of solution delivery analysts. You will be accountable for the quality and timeliness of their outputs, as well as managing their daily progress and contributing to their professional development. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall strategy of the solution delivery team, such as team expansion strategy and quality assurance strategy. You will collaborate on a daily basis with the incredibly fun and talented product, technology, and healthcare experts that we have on the team, and is empowered to innovate to improve the experience for the broader team.

You will be accountable for building client relationships and be the main point of contact for engagements for which these solutions are delivered. This will require skills in project management and client communication. Over time, your role will grow as you manage multiple client deliveries, become involved in the upfront scoping of projects, and participate in problem solving sessions with clients and consultants.

You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in the Domain, Solution, Client Service and Product teams to standardize and scale solution offerings and delivery models and you'll define and enforce delivery readiness criteria.
