JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  To develop and plan marketing strategy in line with Global/Area strategy
  • To control and monitor A&P spending to ensure such spending would achieve the predefined objective, on-target with cost effectiveness and within the allocated budget.
  • Design and execution of product marketing tactical plan/promotional mix and ensuring that these plans are implemented optimally and thoroughly to meet agreed objectives
  • To collect, analyze and monitor market intelligence including competitors information and gain market and customer insight through relevant market research programs
  • Provide quality and evidence-based promotional support to sales force that would nurture and support strong Brand positioning
  • Maintain updated medical knowledge of in-market products and new launches
  • Provide medical advice to product life-cycle management
  • Develop advocacy for company and product, KOL liaison
  • Create medical training material and deliver it
  • Ensure scientific qualification of package insert and all promotion related material for both HCP and Retail channel
  • Work with other function team to generate and disseminate medical data & concept, response to medical inquiry
  • Other necessary medical affairs activities
