What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references.

As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a SEO Manager to own the planning, implementing and managing LogicMonitor's overall SEO strategy. This pivotal role focuses on elevating qualified organic traffic and driving revenue growth within the LogicMonitor domain. You will have the opportunity to strategize and implement a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content planing, link building, and keyword ranking improvements. Harness your growth mindset to strategically leverage keyword rankings and optimize content, fostering increased revenue generation and fortifying brand equity.

Leverage your demonstrated expertise in building best-in-class SEO and content strategies, pushing the limits of organic marketing to achieve sustained growth in qualified web traffic and revenue. Understanding SEO as a strategy rather than a tactic, you will drive the implementation of SEO culture and processes throughout the organization, and execute cross-functional strategies that promote SEO-first marketing.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Optimize and increase organic search traffic and improve SERPs by mapping relevant keyword data to supporting product features and benefits
  • Run the strategy for website improvements and optimizations around LogicMonitor's core keywords, with a focus on enabling search engines to crawl, index and rank our content
  • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities based on LogicMonitors product roadmap
  • Research and implement cross-functional content strategy for organic SEO success, with a solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
  • Work with web development teams to optimize back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, and javascript. Plan and collaborate on a roadmap to increase overall Google Lighthouse scores based on SEO practices
  • Do frequent competitive research with SEO tools to understand and communicate the strategies of our competitors to colleagues, senior staff members, and leadership that will help to define ongoing strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with our product marketing teams to provide feedback and market data as it relates to our product roadmap and how they will be added to the website or within our content strategy
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Build cross-functional dashboards and regularly prepare and present reports
  • Aid the Digital Marketing (SEM) team in A/B testing and user experience to increase the efficacy of our paid landing pages

What You'll Need:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in SEO with previous experience in B2B marketing preferred
  • Excels in SEO revenue driven SEO strategies with a mind-set for consistent growth around inbound traffic and keyword rankings
  • Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
  • In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data 
  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications and/or relevant field of study
  • In-depth experience using website analytics and SEO tools (e.g, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Google Data Studios, Microsoft Excel, SFDC, Marketo/Hubspot, Looker/Snowflake a plus)
  • Proficiency in all digital acquisition channels and a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. 

As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards.

$82,100—$112,900 USD
