Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Location: Kuwait

Experience: 4 to 5 years or more

Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze gaps between requirements and system functionalities, and define effective solutions to bridge those gaps.

Conduct training sessions for clients and trainers on Oracle Fusion HCM.

Develop comprehensive functional requirement documents to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Demonstrate the capabilities of Oracle Fusion HCM products to stakeholders.

Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management, ORC) to align with specific requirements at both macro and micro levels.

Create reports and analytics using Oracle Business Intelligence and OTBI.

Manage inbound and outbound integrations in Oracle Fusion HCM, including HCM Data Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, and HCM Extracts.

Handle Oracle Service Requests related to Oracle Fusion HCM.

Implement Approvals Management configurations using BPM (Business Process Management).

Conduct key user training and user acceptance sessions for projects.

Demonstrate exposure and knowledge of all phases in the project lifecycle.

Utilize proven capabilities in the business analysis domain.

Effectively manage, handle issues, and resolve conflicts that may arise.

Collaborate as a team player, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Display productivity in thought and action, with the ability to adapt to changes and new technologies.

Exhibit quick learning abilities and attentiveness to detail.

Requirements:

Graduate from computer science, business administration, or information management system

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant.

Extensive knowledge and experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management, ORC).

Proven track record of successfully bridging gaps between requirements and system functionalities.

Strong expertise in creating functional requirement documents and conducting training sessions.

Experience in product configuration at macro and micro levels to meet specific requirements.

Proficiency in creating reports and analytics using Oracle Business Intelligence and OTBI.

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM technical integrations, such as HCM Data Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, and HCM Extracts.

Ability to handle Oracle Service Requests and implement Approvals Management Configurations (BPM).

Demonstrated experience in conducting key user training and user acceptance sessions.

Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle.

Experience in fast formula, SQL queries

Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Strong team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.

Proficient in user training, adaptable to changes, and quick to learn new technologies.

Detail-oriented and observant in identifying opportunities for improvement.

Bi-lingual speaker (Arabic and English)

Working Conditions:

Occasional travel may be required to client sites for training and project-related activities.
