Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
- Responsible for ensuring target achievement through the assigned partner/geographies.
- To spearhead the cause of Group Business Health Insurance penetration amongst the assigned Locations through Agents / Brokers / B&A Channels Partners of CignaTTK
- To provide a One-stop Sales & Service support to F2F Channels of the assigned Location
- To maintain Relations with the Agents / Brokers / B&A Channels Partners of CignaTTK and coach them to sell Cigna’s Group Business Products.
- Resolve queries product and sales related queries of our Employees
- Create an Individual Direct Corporate Sales Funnel from the assigned Location
- To be the core source of Market Intelligence to Cigna.
Knowledge / Experience / Skills :
- Graduate with 2-4 Yr. of relevant experience
- Experience in Group Business Sales
- Retail Distributor Channel Management Experience
- Relationship Management Exposure
