Description

Key Responsibilities &  Accountabilities :

 

  • Responsible for ensuring target achievement through the assigned partner/geographies.

 

  • To spearhead the cause of Group Business Health Insurance penetration amongst the assigned Locations through  Agents / Brokers / B&A Channels Partners  of CignaTTK

 

  • To provide a One-stop Sales & Service support to F2F Channels of the assigned Location

 

 

  • To maintain Relations with the Agents / Brokers / B&A Channels Partners of CignaTTK and coach them to sell Cigna’s Group Business Products.

 

  • Resolve queries product and sales related queries of our Employees

 

  • Create an Individual Direct Corporate Sales Funnel from the assigned Location

 

  • To be the core source of Market Intelligence to Cigna.

 

Qualifications

Knowledge / Experience / Skills  :

 

  • Graduate with 2-4 Yr. of relevant experience

 

  • Experience in Group Business Sales

 

  • Retail Distributor Channel Management Experience

 

  • Relationship Management Exposure
