Director of Account Management - Locum Tenens
Doximity Talent Solutions | Curative is actively seeking a highly skilled Director of Account Management to be a leader in our locum tenens division. This role demands excellent leadership, communication skills, sales expertise, and a robust understanding of the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing teams, working with top 100 hospitals and health systems, and thriving in executive business development presentations.
This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters
How you’ll make an impact:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account managers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee and manage relationships with key accounts, focusing on top 100 hospitals and health systems.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs.
Business Development:
- Actively participate in executive business development presentations and meetings.
- Develop and present strategic proposals to C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute account management strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to anticipate changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, team progress, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Operational Excellence:
- Implement and maintain best practices for account management processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Optimize operational performance through improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management within the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience managing teams and working with top 100 hospitals and health systems.
- Strong background in business development and executive-level presentations.
Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
