Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 

Execute brand communication plans across all integrated marketing activities in alignment with SEE priorities, to build brand hype while driving market share and net sales for adidas in Romania, while ensuring a solid sports marketing portfolio. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute Brand activation, PR, partner publishing (influencers and content creators collaborations) and digital publishing strategy across all focus categories; 
  • Support with planning and executing all brand campaigns, across all relevant touchpoints, aligned with brand standards, on-budget/on-time, meeting KPIs; 
  • Ensure the brand is “always on” through a good mix of local and global content published on all relevant channels, online & offline;
  • Support with planning and implementing the brand media campaigns, ensuring an optimal mix of high-impact media placements, in line with the yearly brand media calendar and strategy;
  • Coordinate the localization & delivery of campaign-specific communication assets;
  • Execute partner publishing (through influencers & content creators) in all relevant touchpoints with impactful local content;
  • Support in building a strong partner portfolio, in-line with the brand campaigns and brand priorities;
  • Support the organizing of local shootings and events;
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with all internal and external stakeholders (eg: creative, PR and media agencies);
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts in the country;
  • Partner closely with other local marketing functions, to ensure that all activations are in sync in all brand touchpoints, to enable commercial extension and drive sell-out across own Retail stores and Wholesale Partners; 
  • Partner closely with Sports Marketing country Manager, to utilize the local portfolio by integrating athletes and clubs in category holistic campaigns; 
  • Support in executing Corporate PR and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plans on Country level;
  • Analyze the performance of key campaigns and feedback input to country Marketing responsible;
  • Monitor the monthly brand communication performance, connecting brand with commercial KPIs for the country;
  • Support with planning and implementing internal communication initiatives and events; 
  • Support with product orders & deliveries.

  • Respective country Teams in OmniChannel / Spoma / Visual Merchandising / Product Training 
  • Wholesale country Sales Managers and Specialists 
  • Advertising & PR agencies and Partners 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 

  • Creative Thinking 
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills 
  • Broad understanding of and passion for the sports, fashion & entertainment industry 
  • Experience with marketing, PR & media KPIs
  • Ability to manage external partners and marketing agencies 
  • MWB management 
  • Connection with media and publishing partners in the country will be considered a plus 
  • Up to 30% of travelling required. 
  • Consumer and customer-minded brand builder and implementation driven personality who understands all marketing disciplines and how to orchestrate them across categories, across all distribution channels. 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of Marketing roles and/or communication experience 
  • Fluent in English
