About the role

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support with the operational conversion of the Finance strategic goals. Prepare analysis and reports to enable the development of strategic long-term financial and business plans through the provision of accurate and timely data and analysis
  • Develop financial business analytical reports using BI platforms to automate business financial analysis for control over strategy execution on BU level.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Driving process improvement through simplification and automation eliminate outdated or ineffective procedures.
  • Contribute to various financial activities and general projects to support decision making and implementation. Contribute to Finance projects at country or BU level
  • Provide analysis in order to support the business planning and forecasting process and alignment across the organization
  • Support the implementation of risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and External Audits), and assist in the preparation of internal and external audits
  • Support budgeting process and control. Support the development and integration of IT and digital solutions to evolve the financial business intelligence / acumen across the organization

Role Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

University degree in economics / math, business, or related field

English advanced

Financial Management (month-end closing / budgeting / forecasting) experience

Experience in Corporate Finance / Business Analysis 2-3 years

Advanced Microsoft applications user, including but not limited to Excel, Power BI (incl. development) or any other BI tool, Power Query

Understanding and basic knowledge in SAP

SQL (beginner level)
