Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Financial Analyst within the Diagnostics Performance Controlling

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Financial Analyst 6, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation of new reporting processes and tools within Diagnostics Finance based on regulative and tax documents.
  • Develops the Diagnostics governance across functions and legal entities including harmonization of processes, regulations and definitions.
  • Responsible for Diagnostics Global scenario modeling of business plan and leading financial key performance indicators.
  • Preparing executive level reports and financial presentations. 
  • Leading the incentive process for Diagnostics, developing and implementing new incentive structure in close alignment with Diagnostics management and Healthineers headquarter.
  • Support of Diagnostics productivity analysis, controlling, and management reporting including support in Productivity training and One Puma Web system.
  • Actively driving and developing initiatives and projects as well as preparing senior management alignments.

  • Point of contact for Healthineers Accounting and Controlling team including addressing questions and providing updates. 
  • Continuously enhance and improves existing policies as well as reporting and controlling methods and products.
  • Data and scenario modeling and analysis.
  • Experience in working with senior management and in complex global matrix organization. 
  • Self-driven and resourceful to ensure that deadlines are met in high-quality.
  • Reliable team player willing to go the extra mile when necessary. 

Required skills to have for the success of this role.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or other related field 
  • Required experience: 10 + years.
  • Required amount of travel: <5%
  • Other required knowledge, skills, or expertise: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications especially MS Excel, PowerPoint (ThinkCell)
