· Execution of Sales Performance management system actionable for sales force as per defined process & TAT .
· Preparing master policy register with relevant sales mapping for all Business reporting, Incentive calculations, R&R campaigns etc.
· Custodian for maintaining repository of all historical sales data.
· Preparing sales channel/Branch level profit and loss report as per defined format & TAT.
· Publishing business decks for top management decision making.
· Preparing business presentation for top management review and decision making.
Must have 4-5 years of experience in the channel development team of a reputed organization. Insurance experience is preferable, but not mandatory.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A combination of skills and experience in support, event planning, and communications is considered an asset.
Must be proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
