Your ‘day to day’

As Manager IT Consumer & Commercial, you will contribute to the execution of the IT Strategy and plans by delivering B2B/B2C roadmap jointly with our business partners across all categories, partner with business to handle their local priorities, and lead all phases of projects in the assigned portfolio through the application of project management practices.

More specifically, you will:

▪ Understand and promote the IT Global Application (B2C/B2B) Portfolio, helping business navigate the IT landscape and new IT Operating Model.

▪ Show eye for business by understanding business needs, define requirements, propose efficient solutions from the Global IT offering, confirm financial proposals of the project and inspire change.

▪ Co-lead deployment, localization and support of all PMI projects in the commercial area supporting RRP and CCs with focus on global digital/analytical systems and close collaboration with all business functions & 3rd parties in the B2C/B2B area.

▪ Drive communication and collaboration with local/global digital departments for success of projects in the area of B2C/B2B ensuring agility, business alignment, encouraging innovations, etc.

▪ Drive the projects within agreed scope, budget, resources and timing.

▪ Apply project management, change management, service management methodology and usability practices based on known solutions, applications and good practices, assuring alignment to PMI standards.

▪ Ensure measures are taken in projects to increase quality and mitigate risk, lead scope change and expectation, including risk analyses, impact assessment, needs assessment, financial analysis, test planning and execution, contingency and deployment plans.

▪ Acquire functional & technical know-how related to business and IT processes in the area of RRP & Analytics systems to ensure day-to-day activities as well as business projects can be supported in the best manner.

▪ Adhere to relevant PMI policies & procedures, standards & IT controls in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. Support the IT audit activities.

▪ Support PMPKL in the vision to become a data-driven company focusing on data flows across all B2C & B2B systems by e.g., understanding the source of all data, the various system interfaces as well as meaning of significant data.

▪ Be responsible for the service management of our data warehouse (AWS), assessing and making recommendations and modifications, in partnership with vendor teams to the existing data landscape. This includes assessing the reporting and end user needs, system integrations, and current data warehouse architecture.

▪ Lead the delivery of all project outcomes related to PMPKL strategy for all components in scope including integration tasks and migration of data from legacy systems to new system landscapes, working closely with all technical product owners at PMPK as well as local business, especially the digital stream and global functions and 3rd parties.

▪ Establish an agreed, sustainable & documented projects and Run & Support model for all local/global IT systems in collaboration with internal & external partners.

▪ Take over service manager for commercial services and implement related tasks e.g., IT controls in time, documented and shared with team colleagues.

▪ Improve the existing Run & Support model and service management/change management strategy, including continuous service improvement for IT related incidents/changes.

▪ Manage Vendor relationships and implement the vendor framework accordingly.

▪ Engage with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to review project requests/anticipate needs, assess scope, manage resources/deliverables, documentation and provide timely feedback of work in progress in terms of what and how.

▪ Supervise and direct people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.

▪ Assist in managing and building a flexible, agile and innovative IT organization that attracts, develops and retains the best talent in order to deliver IT required by PMI, currently and in the future.

Who we're looking for

Education & Experience:

▪ University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems and /or Degree in Business Administration with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT

▪ A minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience, managing IT projects within a consumer space is required

▪ Project Management or Agile Certification (Agile PM, Scrum, etc.) is required

▪ ITIL Foundation Certification is preferred

▪ AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified preferred

▪ Having Multinational / FMCG company experience in delivering/ supporting sales, B2B activity, trade systems or Web/Mobile solutions including, Sales Force Automation/Customer Relationship Management solutions etc.

▪ Having people management experience

▪ Experience with collaborating with cross-functions and managing 3rd party supplier is key

▪ Incumbent is able to perform the job responsibilities with minimal level of supervision and able to resolve problems independently by leading all aspects of scope of work defined, coordinate projects and analyses for approval based on preliminary investigations. Solid experience in validation prior to submitting work.
