This is an entry level position that will support the Experienced Professional recruiting team. More specifically this role will be responsible for the following key deliverables:
-Partner with business leadership and Human Resource Business Partners to define roles, manage and execute the hiring process
-Consult with leaders during intake meetings prior to posting to attract the appropriate candidate pool
-Partner with workforce strategy leaders and HRBPs on identifying openings, meeting metrics and driving process improvements to meet overall business objectives
-Provide regular feedback to client on status of recruiting activity and any challenges being faced
-Manage time effectively and establish Lockheed Martin networks, drive impact, participate in projects, foster change, and make decisions that impact a project
-Guide leaders on the completion of required interview assessment to comply with EEO
-Coach management and HR when the appropriate actions are not taken through active consultation with the Hiring Leader to ensure compliance with Corporate Policy
-Proactively manage the interview process, accounting for all candidates interviewed and ensuring proper documentation
-Create salary recommendations based on peer analysis
-Extend offers and negotiate with candidates, communicating benefits and other non-salary compensation factors to successfully reach an acceptance

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business field
Experience as an intern or co-op in the field of Human Resources
Strong communications and teaming skills
Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
Experience in client management or customer service
Experience leading projects

Desired skills
Knowledge of staffing techniques, staffing procedures or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Able to adapt, promote and champion change
